I see some competitors post, some write their content in paragraph mode some in normal one.
I don't which one is good in terms of SEO ranking

It really shouldn't matter that much as both are crawled as "text content",
wrapping the paragraphs with HTML tags (for the paragraph case) could make it a little easier for the crawlers,
but it's not something that would make any kind of impact
