I have a question. Would it be effective to make the Money site keyword the anchor text for Web 2.0 and the tier 2 blog comment anchor text to be the same as the Web 2.0 anchor text? If not, which method is most effective?

A good SEO advice si don't go crazy with the extact key anchors, more safe to use variations of the Main key , that would be me my advice

Use main keywords with LSI and for tier 2 and 3, mix with generic, brand, nacked

You should try and do a bit of variety in your anchor text for example if your keyword was say"best computer" you could do it like this "The best computer, best computer game, click here, computer, information, web, site, website" try and mix it up whenever possible.

For example, if the keyword for a money site is "coffee", would it be effective to make tier1 (web2.0) anchor text "coffee" and tier2 (blog comment) "coffee shop"?

Yes but try and do it bit more random be creative for example like this"Indiancoffe,British coffee, Russian Tea,First rule of British fightclub find the teapot" or just be random form such as

link,
links
Greentea
Japanese Tea
Japenese Coffee
London Coffee Shop
New York Coffee Shop
Glasgow Teashop
Hot coffee shop
Hot teas with John
website
Tea Tankshop
Coffee Tankshop

Just be a bit creative or you can use a spinner software to help you come up with ideas if the need comes.

What I'm most curious about is, is it good to have the same money site keyword, tier1 keyword, and tier2 keyword? Otherwise I was wondering if it would be better to make the tier1 keyword the same as the money site keyword and make the tier2 anchor text the money site url or long-tail keyword.

No it would better to have different ones on each tiers whenever possible.

Tier1 same as money site should be okay but make sure on your Tier 1 one it's good quality links for example pbns, guest posts or sites as good or almost as good as someone who does manual link building.

Tier2 be bit more aggressive here such as if you want you can attach like 20,000 links a day but if your accounts or web 2.0 keep getting banned cut it down a bit

Try on each level put unique or semi unique to make them better quality.

If so, is it most effective for seo to make money site keywords as tier1 pbns, high-traffic website postings as my money site keywords and the same anchor text, tier2 as web2.0, and blog comments as long-tail keywords?

IT depends on many different factors for what's right or wrong it depends purely on what you do for it being great idea or bad idea.

To take it to the extreme for example lets say are target keyword was say"Ford Car" so we decide to 2million backlinks containing that was Anchor text that would probably give problems.

Lets say instead we do 100 anchor text probably not give any issues or problems overall

IT also depends on the age or authority of your website for what's good or bad always anchor text wise.

Niches can also variety a lot for what's right or wrong in Google eyes.

You don't need any strategy for anchor text. Just use brand name everywhere.
Brand name of main site for T1 links. Site name of T1 for T2 links etc.

dont just use the main kw, use brand name, naked url and lsi kw also.
Are niche markets and gambling sites equally acceptable?

IT always depends but Gambling is normally a very competitive niche so you would have to a lot of work for web 2.0 work if you are going to just for example purposes try and rank for "Casino" You would better off instead invest in pbns or Guest posts unless web 2.0s is part of a much bigger plan you got going on.

Does that mean that doing a pbn or guest post is more effective than investing in web 2.0? Is it okay to just post pbn and guest posts? If not, what other actions should be taken to do it effectively? If you have skype, I would like to chat with you. I also want to know good pbn, guest post sellers.
