They rarely respond to their tickets! After 18 hours of opening a ticket I got a respond, I'm trying to resolve the issue and will ask for refund if they can't solve the speed problem
I would recommend you to do the same if they refuse to help, open a thread in Shit-list with all the proofs as their services are not as advertised.

yeah their ipv6 proxies are not the speeds advertised at all and its a shame because they would be perfect. and yeah response is slow
