But let's be cherishful and believe he is a millionaire running a website akin to strims.world right now.
I have something else where one guy is trying everything possible from software to writing fantasy, getting free links and workforce.

At the moment, I am very wary of CPA networks. About 10-12 years ago it was possible to earn very good amounts of money with them, but now there is so much fraud + competition in this area on the market (although competition is everywhere) that at the moment there are many other online areas where it is much easier to make money.

10-12 years ago it was probably pretty easy to do anything online and make money.
It may seem easy like get a optin for email and they pay you 1 dollar but the truth is most people that fallen for it before probably won't optin again. And if the offer is over 1 dollar there usually multiple optin the traffic must do before you can even get credit for it that is as hard as getting them to pull out the credit card. The key is to find a new user who hasn't seen these offers before. The old users on the network probably already seen those ads and offer thousands of times in a week. Most cpa offers you need to cloaking for google bing or FB and those cloaking software ain't the cheapest that's for sure. if your using push and pop traffic there is a lot of shady stuff going on the networks you need to read the data carefully.
Cpa with pay traffic there is money in there but you also need to spend a lot testing networks and traffics. but there are free ways to promote cpa with content locking and stuff just take a lot of work and time.

Delusion of grandiose.

lol i don't really read news I test and put things in real practice I ran ads to offers with different push and pop test different lander offers and networks.
Have you actually been down the funnel of those offers before if you have you would know simple SOI offers aren't going to pay you more than 1 dollar.
These networks know how much it cost to get leads that's what they do for a living.
Those offers with more than 1 dollar are multiple-step optin that requires the user to sign up like 5+ offers before you can claim the money for the lead.
If you used to push or pop traffic you would know it is low-quality traffic that is why it is cheap.
The most user probably misclick on the offer to get to your offer page If you actually ran offers before you would know.
Think about this user on the network opted into an offer a week ago after seeing like claim your free iPhone and at the end, there was no iPhone but spam in his mailbox you think he would opt in for another offer that says free iPhone this week?
But that doesn't mean there is no money in there like I said it take money to run tests to find the right audience and offer to be a winner.

What? I have just completed one of those offers with e-mail submit and the only thing I did was enter some random e-mail, data and my money is in the account.
SOI offers? What networks are you talking about? The one you setup for push ads spam? You look like someone without a slightest amount of insight into this business.
Even if offers are DOI, they are still easy to complete. I don't know where is the problem. 13 year old people have completed them millions of times.
Of course your traffic is the problem. And it's not traffic. It's spam. Non-incentive crap that converts when you are extremely lucky.

Update : i've lost access to my BH account in last 2 years i m back now , anyway things went good as i wanted , i've made over 10k$ with two accounts , one got banned but idk why everything was respecting CPAbuild terms , here's a screenshots of one of my account
