GCP free tier signup problem

I'm trying to signup on GCP but it keeps loading like this:

I've tried different browsers but no luck. Any solution?

I did. I even tried different browsers, but it won't work. Not sure why it's happening.

This looks like a bug or a problem due to slow internet connection.

clear All cookies from your pc then use Mozilla portable browser
otherwise try from your phone
