How would you make money with my group

i have a group with over 1 million members.

I am all 3 Admins.
Is there a way to make money with this. I read a lot and people say yeah but is there really a way. like with an app or cpa offer. If you can help me i will share with you my profits. or we can do a 70/30 partner.
