Pinging sitemap to google after new articles

Hello, i have a question. 10 days ago i started to ping my sitemap to google after i post new articles to my site. Used google.com/ping?sitemap=<complete_url_of_sitemap>

2 days ago my site disappeared from serp. Post are still indexed. Could this have caused a problem?

Opened my site 33 days ago. It was performing well on google. Expired domain with the 27 domain rating on ahrefs

what do you get when you do site:yourdomain.com? also what do you get when you search for your domain name??!

When search with site: query it shows indexed posts. When i search with my domain name it shows homepage.

Then there's nothing wrong with your site. Google doesn't penalize for pinging, and pinging probably doesn't work like it used to, so there's no need to keep pinging your sitemap. In the past pinging worked like magic. Pinged URLs would get indexed instantly just the way they do when you use Google's URL inspection tool in the search console.

Pinging still work. My posts are getting indexed in 1-2 hours.

I realized now when i search with domain name without ."net" my homepage appears 7th page. When searching with complete domain name it shows on the first result.

Just curious, has anyone tried re-adding their sitemap to GSC to get new pages indexed faster?

On my site, Google is crawling about every 2-3 days and new pages have been indexed with each crawl, but would adding the sitemap again be beneficial for quicker indexing?

It didn't work for me. Pinging is awesome for indexing.

Well it's look like i got lucky that time. I pinged one more after published 20 post only 2 of them got indexed.
