You could be the shazam or soundcloud detector, sometimes they are very slow I think you can do a better job, they can hire you.

For my useless skills on top of my mind:

I also a lot of porn categories and when you have a porn movie I can specify in which multiple categories it belongs which is quite useless...

I can also poop without letting any trace in the toilet, which is a quite useless skill but is good for not spending too much in toilet cleaning.

guilty too, their tool is a distraction on its own, I love to check the DR and backlinks, it's like a netflix show for me.

I would say playing video games for many hours without problem, but I got 2 dream jobs, thanks to that so, not so useless.

I am the best at it. I am also great at doing harm to myself while thinking I'm not doing any to myself.

I am super efficient in being angry for the smallest matter.

you can use that in a lot of ways without using paypal I am sure...

stop thinking start doing , paypal is far from being the only way to get money
many networks use bank wire and im sure its available in your country
same goes for btc , eth, and many more wallets and payment methods
