i briefly studied this method outside of bhw
your first submission gets manually reviewed
after that you are likely to be auto approved, so long as your code doesnt trigger any red flags by robot review

so what are the possible solutions?
a) submit a "legit" extension, that is one that is nothing to do with cpa, and likely to be approved by a human review
b) buy aged chrome web store account that already has approved stuff inside
