It can be done with SEO or social media traffic both. Quiz sites are just like any other normal blog so ranking is just like any other blog. If the welcome page has high-quality content and it targets a specific keyword then the chances of ranking are a lot better. I am working on SEO on the site and now I have around 301 clicks from GSC in the last 28 days and I get around 10-15 PV per user. That roughly gives me around 3k PV a month from SEO.
I have noticed Reddit traffic gets more earnings than ig an FB. Reddit is super strict and I lost around 7 accounts in 1 go the pattern and blocked all my accounts. They also deleted my 4 subreddits which were connected to 2 accounts. I had grown them very well but they are gone now so I am going to focus on Reddit with some changes in my strategy.

yes, I have a shadowban on the accounts I was working on them doing upvotes manually and after 2-3 runs I got to know all these accounts are shadowbanned hence the upvotes were not showing up earlier they were showing up asap.

Mods decide. Your acc can be banned you if you posted more than 5 times in a day. You can be banned if you violated the rules of many subreddits. You can be banned if mod is a fat neckbeard who bans everything because he is an asshole.

yes, I use that plugin. They don't ban accounts based on quiz posts. They ban accounts subs for a lot of other things they are the most strict social media mods I have seen till now.
