I don't like the 0 TF to be honest. I'm not usually a big 3rd party metrics freak, but sometimes they do tell an important part of the story, and a site that has such a high DA but 0 TF looks suspicious as fuck to me.

Did you check the content of that website? If it's half-decent quality instead of GREAT quality I would not bother with that website. I mean, if your website is aged and already has 1000s of backlinks from 100s of RDs one more backlink won't hurt even if it's crappy, but if your domain is fresh and clean (less than 6 months old with only a few backlinks) don't bother with that backlink even if it's free

That DA 59 looks fishy AF with, as it has already been mentioned a 0 TF and 17 CF

For sites with TF less than 40 and CF over the TF, 90% of the times, they are spammed.

If TF + 10 < CF, then they have been straightly blasted or full of sh*t links.

So at first, just with that info in a datasheet, I would not even take the time to look at that domain. 99% is spammed, or maybe, redirect indexed, which renders it useless also.

Check their backlink profile & anchors maybe there is some value.
