I can't use my 911.re IP on my android device. I have tried several things but it didn't work.
Can anyone help me, please?

When do these proxies expire? Their pricing doesn't mention any monthly plan. I don't think you can use them forever for a one-time fee.

their plan is fixed not monthly
it's pay per proxy
If you buy 1200 proxy plan
You can use it as long as you have proxy balance
1 proxy use = 1 proxy balance

when you use all 1200 you have to buy again
