site is probably hacked...taking into consideration those are html pages... and the platform is wordpress..seems they have shell access and injected those pages there.

Well, including all indexing threads, I cannot deny that some gems were shared, but 99% are patched or shared very late (when not working)
It's so easy to make audience believe into crap methods, we can see that repeating all over again, in various threads.
People just want some likes, pretending to be some 'masters', or promoting their signatures.
Whats worse is when they completely have no idea about the subject but they leave a nonsense comment that looks deep from the surface of a rookie.
You still must be crazy to share any part of a method as this one is, because I am in it, and it generates a lot of traffic/money.
I won't give a word about the process, and nobody who really does it won't either.

They've uploaded html files to the site. This is nothing but pdf method.

I didn't mean pdf. There is a popular pdf method to post on sites which was earlier used for html & xml. But this looks more like a hacked site with backdoor vulnerability. They are uploading html files to a sub-folder on the server.

No, not html file but use script to generate pages probably php..just like edu Viagra hack , he must be dumb hacker if uploading html file one by one

yeah they are just creating backdoor pages .even yesterday checked "buy viagra" niche and they are still doing that.. hacking high authority sites and adding their doorway pages.

Indexing is not an issue once you have access inside ...indexing become an issue when you DON'T have access unless you have some technique ..so this where we are right now, op ask how did they able to indexing those file so fast ?
Well they had access inside the server, once they get in they can do whatever they want including instant indexing

What I mean by instant indexing is not rankmath instant indexing API , if they use websmaster api just for the sake of indexing links its like cheft using samurai to chops vegetables ..
it's to much and risky ,Google will notify the first owner ..There's many way, modifying sitemap, canonicalization and so on
