Looking for methode twitter showing as first comments

Hello,

Looking for methode of twitter… like how to other users can see my tweet showing as first…
EXAMPLE: someone they tweeted like an artist or.. and me i commented to him in he’s tweet, so they can other users can see my comment of ,when users they checking comment of this artist they see my comment showing as first or showing as after three persons or 6… just need to be showing like as first..

And i have been doing alot of experimenting lately since twitter heavily devalued….

I notice some other people they did commenting on someone tweeting.. he’s comment showing as first or… and they are look just like just bot acc.. with 5 followers or 0… and he’s comment have just 2 likes or 3.. and he’s comment showing as first… some people they did it…

And which good vpn for Twitter? Or socks5.. i using bulk accounts..

I don’t think all luck… because not just one they doing like this methode… it’s some people they spamming they are doing like it, and he’s comment looks showing as first or sometimes in after 5 comments or 3… and they have only 5 likes or 3 … with 0 retweets.. i don’t know how they are doing it...… and other people they have alots likes and retweets in comment.. and the comments of them it’s and not showing as first lol...
