Hey guys, I'm really confused with google lately and I hope you can give me some clarity on the subject. I'm opening a new e-commerce store and I've been suspended from google before so this time I don't want to make any mistakes. Is taking me too long to open the account for my new store but mostly because of fear of getting suspended again. I even opened an LLC for the sake of being more legit even though I'm not sure if the idea will be valid yet LOL.

I plan to sell in the US and recently opened an LLC there, so I have a physical address tied to it. But, as I'm not a US citizen, I don't have a bank account or billing address tied to my business yet (the EIN application to get the number is taking too long).

Would it be an issue if I have my legit business address in Google Ads/Merchant center but I use my personal credit card (which billing address is in Spain) or PayPal to paid for the ads while I wait to get my EIN and US bank account?? Can I change those later?? Would Google suspend my account for that? I also created a Google Manager account as everyone says that this is the best option if you have multiple stores, as you can have all of them under the same address and billing info, is this true? Is the same for the Google Merchant center? I know that your merchant center business address MUST match with your store address. In my case, as I have a legit address now, would I be able to use the same address for more stores as long as they are the same in every google merchant account for each store? Or should I have a different virtual address for each store matching with the google merchant?

Sorry, maybe I'm making it more complicated than it is but is an issue that I don't understand very well yet and is giving me a lot of headaches! After reading a lot of stuff and conflicting info out there I thought that the best idea would be just to ask it straight.

Thanks so much for your help!

Dude you are mixing US business law and Google ads issue together.

Please ask simple and clear questions . I might be able to answer few

Ok sorry, I'll make it clear point by point:

1.- If I register my store address in google ads/merchant center as a US address but I use my credit card to pay, which has billing info in Spain, will google suspend my account as the billing and business address is not the same? If so, can I change the payment info later?

2.- Everybody says Google ad manager account is the best option to manage all your ad accounts linked to different stores. Can you have one Google Ad Manager account with just one payment method to pay for the ads of all of your stores or do you need a different credit card for each? As far as I know, if you use the same payment method in multiple google accounts they suspend you.

3.-When opening a google Multi Client merchant Center to manage different google merchant accounts, can I use the same address for all of my stores? I know that as long as these address matches the business address of the merchant center there is no problem, but, Is risky to use only one for each merchant account and each store or should I use a different virtual address for each one?

I hope this time it sounds more clear, I have so many doubts that I don't even know how to properly present them. Google suspended me previously for Misrepresentation on my merchant center and then my google ads account went down immediately after. As they don't give any explanation, I don't know where did I messed up so now I'm obsessed with having every little detail in order.

Let me answer few points with limited knowledge I have

1 - if google ads account address country and payment country is different , Google may flag suspicious payment

2 - Google ad manager is for managing multiple accounts, client account from single dashboard, all account under Google ad manager can have different country, billing etc.

A lot of legit businesses do this, it shouldn't be a problem if everything else is good. Especially if you sign up as an organization.

You can but the trust level will be somewhat shared between the accounts, i.e. if all accounts are good, every individual account can tolerate a bit more mistakes but if multiple accounts get suspended, the trust of other accounts will fall too (they won't necessarily get suspended, but small mistakes will cause them to be).

3.-When opening a google Multi Client merchant Center to manage different google merchant accounts, can I use the same address for all of my stores? I believe it won't be a problem.

1. Multiple accounts with same details (or on one ad manager account) -> shared trust level (to some extent).
2. Multiple accounts with unique details -> individual trust level.

Go with #1 if you want to run WH and don't want to bother with separate payment methods, etc. Go with #2 if you want to run BH or have a history of banned accounts. When done right #2 is safer, as you don't keep your eggs in one basket, but requires more knowledge, time and money.
