switched hosting but now www url address doesnt work

hi i have switched hosting from shitty Bluehost to a different host but URLs with HTTP and HTTPs are working. www doesn't seem to work? eg
https://www.myname.com - works
www.myname.com - doesn't work

I have checked with hosting, there saying propagation takes times bla bla but its already been 7 days. you reckon its todo with htaccess or some other file?

Can you open using http? Because browser will automatically add http on the link as default

Is what you meant is
1. Http are not reddirected to https
Or
2. The http link is broken

Did you check if you have setup your cname correctly?

It should look like the below.

www | CNAME | yourdomain.com

or

* | CNAME | yourdomain.com (wildcard)

no sorry . i meant https and Http both are working fine . but if someone types the URL with www, it doesn't work and shows up as page not found

Did you check if you have setup your cname correctly?

It should look like the below.

www | CNAME | yourdomain.com

or

* | CNAME | yourdomain.com (wildcard)

Yes, this is usually a setup problem. Check your server .htaccess or other setup files. Check your host settings too including any forwarding etc.
