Hello mates.

So, I already made 5 videos 10-15 min each but not posted any yet.

I decided to create educational videos where I talk about nature, animals, etc.
I am using free stock videos and CC videos from YT (in priority). I'm making a compilation and I add a voice-over made by me. I think it's okay but...

Will I have problems with copyright law if 90%+ of my speech has taken from the internet, like Wikipedia and other sites?
I'm not an English speaker, that's why I can't rewrite those articles and make them like my own.

And the second question: are there chances to get copyright claims for using CC YT vids? Of course, all of the compilations have my voice-over throughout the whole video.
I guess it will help to avoid claims.

Please let me know if I go through the wrong way, then I will change the strategy quickly.

In most cases you will be fine don't worry. It's not like your copying another YouTuber 1:1.

If you creative commons with CC you shouldn't have any issues, since this content is free to use (even for commercial rights). On top of that you transform the content by adding your commentary.

what if I will use "standard license" YT videos in the same way?
Might lead into issues since you're not allowed to use this content. Your content could get flagged or removed. Even if your content is transformative. Will this happen? In most cases it won't.

Got it. The thing is that I use CC videos of large brands like National Geographic, BBC, etc, and I thought I can get a punch on my face for that, that's why I asking.
I also gonna start the YT channel from scratch. I already have the channel that I created in 2016, it still 0 subscribers and 0 watch hours and yeah, I hope my "old-created" channel will be fine with growing.

Always create your own videos.
Than there have no problem at all.
There will be no tense also.

Yes. The white hat seo policy will give you the real benefit.
You have no chance to get ban if you follow the youtube white hat seo policy.
I am also trying to get growth by white hat seo policy.
I am struggling about to get the viewers and subscribers.

Best wishes.
Do not forget to share your channel name.

If you want to test something, then it's better to create a disposable account and try it. I wouldn't recommend doing experiments on your main account.

Very risky idea I would advise you against it, why not invest time and energy and follow the rules
Yeah, it really makes sense.

Wish the same and yeah, if I will become successful, then I post my stats and something else.
