A question about converting content into videos

Hi, I have a question please.
I'm looking to start making YouTube videos for affiliate products like amazon. I'm not good in English so I will use a text to speech software, the problem is I don't have a big budget to buy content or rewrite it to use, so my question is:
If I use content from websites converting it to A I voice for my videos, does google give a penalty to the video or something like it will not rank high on google or YouTube?
I know that google can identify the voice and may be also knows that I converted an exists article from the internet, google can do it, but is google penalizing those videos? or will he let them get good rankings?
Because if google penalize them, I have to make a plan to invest some money for rewriting the content first before converting it to a voice.

Another favor please, can you recommend me a cheap rewriting service? something like 1000 words for $5?

Copy & pasting will get penalized somehow. Even if google does not recognize someone else will & might send a strike. To avoid this use your own way of using the content, i.e refurbished content. Grab what you want to market, read a few content pieces, try to write it in your own way. Use Grammarly or Hemmingway to help you with English.
Practice to improve your English regardless, there are tons of people on youtube, a quick search will help.

@blackbeans is your guy haven't used his services but with the reviews he has I think he is the one of the good ones in the content writing section.

Regarding your videos why don't you just tray lumen5 it has free account with a monthly limit of 5 videos you can always create new accounts with emails. The also have introduced a beta of TTS which is good quality. You can always use other blog posts everyone does it although you will have risk factor involved which is very rare that original owner of content finds out.

Remember with TTS it's not that easy to monetize the video on YT.

Sorry man but why? I will use a TTS that comes with a commercial license, your sentences terrified me so much :( if there is something I don't know about TTS and YouTube and you do know, please clarify it.
