In June, my amazon affiliate conversion is very bad even the traffic is the same as before. So I don't know what is wrong with it? Or Google is really smart to send all of the bad traffic to us, or my blog may be hacked?

Hope BHW can give us some suggestions?

Thanks so much.

Depends on multiple factors.... is your blog a season niche? i.e for holidays only, hunting gear or some stuff like that? If the answer is yes, then hope to see a down in specific months.

Mine is down for this month yes, but it's only been 7 days, I tend to get a spike later in the month when this happens, Law of averages? maybe....

our blog is not season niche, and just down recent 7-10days. Usually, the sales is more than 2000USD per day, but now down to 1000.

Wouldn't affect commission as far as I'm aware, unless it's affected your traffic from SE.

It's only CWV update,

Thanks, and now we are scanning our blog to check whether it is hacked or not.

may is ok, and June is headache.

I mean I can't say for sure without looking at the data, but based on 7 days of june I wouldn't worry yet, I'd give it two more week before starting to worry. especially with only a 3% drop in conversion rate, it's nothing major over a 7 day period. If it lasted weeks, then I'd be concerned.

Thanks, and we will try to check and wait for more weeks.

No problem mate, I think that's your best solution.

If it did go on for a few weeks, I'd start interrogating individual pages that are ranking for any drops, you could have an article that's giving a majority of conversions and that could of dropped slightly in traffic causing a storm in amazon.

But wouldn't create the headache yet without few more weeks data.

Goodluck!

Hi,

Sorry for not being helpful, but if I may ask, how many affiliate link placements on each of your pages? are you using AAWP?

Mine is below intro and below verdict, and my CTR to amazon is pretty bad.

Thank you!

Yep my conversion has been down from about a 9% average to 3% average for the week but clicks over to Amazon have gone up.

At least 10 links per page, and not aawp.

Thanks so much, and Google wants to kill amazon affiliate websites.
