I am not sure about ranative, because I never used it. However, Taboola got a very poor rating and most of the people complaint about its bot traffic

Try Facebook, google, YouTube. You can also consider native networks like Mgid and PropellerAds. They have quite good traffic

You can always rely on networks such as Google, Facebook, and YouTube, although they might be more expensive. Depending on your goals, there are some other tools but didn't have that much experience with them.
