Finally, I got approved by CPA companies

I finally got approved by a few CPA companies. Now, I'm trying to promote the offers. I should say that I'm totally stuck at this point. I read so many books about promoting CPA offers which may be one of the reason to get stuck. So, now I NEED HELP from YOU ALL.

Please suggest me a good WhiteHat way to promote CPA offers. I will strictly follow your advices and work in the same way. I so much wanted to taste $50 a day in WhiteHat way from CPA. It's my dream for past few weeks.

It's all about the country you live in. I'm from India and it was quite hard for me to get approved.
