Payment Gateway for Selling Shoutouts

I sell Instagram shoutouts on several accounts, and did $100k in sales last year, ( was on track to match it this year also) ...but I just got permanently banned from payypal for violating acceptable use policy. I have given up on PP and don't want to create stealth accounts only to have them banned again etc.

I am looking for a CC gateway that I can use that won't ban me. Pretty sure stripe, 2checkout, skrill, and lots of others don't allow this kind of activity.

I'm located in Canada, what gateway can I use so that my customers can pay with CC?

If I just keep the title of the invoices vague and write "Digital Marketing" do think I'd be safe? I know stripe doesn't allow services related to social media activity.

How would this work? The customer could pay via CC and I would receive crypto?

Try with Epoch, Verotel or CCBill, they process adult, so, i don't think they will have a problem with your services

believe me stripe and the rest of the providers will also block you for your business. There are few to hardly any payment service providers that support such high risk business.

You cannot play hide and seek with stripe, they'll catch you and freeze your funds.

But why they banned your account? is it not allowed to receive money from others?

If you have a company, you can get a payment gateway from your bank, and you can implement it on your website. You will have money in your bank the same day or the next day.

You can create stealth merchant accounts, or just accept crypto. Crypto is the only way not to get fcked up with chargebacks even when using stealth merchant accounts

I have 6 accounts I do shoutouts on (pages range from 190K - 500K) in evergreen niches

I do have my business registered as a corporation. But I was under the impression that most banks wouldn't typically grant a merchant account to this type of business. Perhaps if I fully brand my company as a digital marketing agency, setup a legit website etc, and invoiced all my shoutout transactions as vague "digital marketing project consultation", maybe I could go this route?

If I try and apply, wouldn't it look super sketchy that the only record I have to prove my previous earnings (and proof that I had no chargebacks or disputes etc) is the info sitting in my now permanently banned and frozen paypal account?

Basically what you do is advertising. Why would it look sketchy? Tell them you just realized how good you are at marketing. And try to have 1-2 plans on your website, with different pricing. From personal experience no bank or payment processor will ask proof of your previous earnings, and I've dealt with 5 banks/payment processors.

Gotcha and thanks for the advice! When you say have 1-2 plans on my site, would these be just for appearances, or do they actually need to match the $ amounts of the shoutouts I do, so that if the bank reviews the transactions they can see on my website that I have a product that costs that price? For example, if I sell a bunch of $50 instagram shoutouts, do I have to have a "plan" on my site for a digital marketing that costs $50?

I'm new to using payment processors (other than paypal), but I'm quickly learning that digital marketing seems to be considered high-risk, so I'm not sure how in depth they'll review my behaviours to try and understand what the exact product being sold is.

I cannot think of any at the moment that accept this type of business, also avoid paypal for digital goods.

One workaround is to use a company like paddle or fastspring. Create a whitehat digital asset and sell it at the cost of what you're charging for shoutout.
