I have some websites in the movie niche etc and pay using crypto... is that trackable?

In blockchain, of course, everything is trackable.
In Crypto, it's the entry and exit point that counts - how you buy and sell Crypto.

If you are verified with Binance and buy through that exchange, then that exchange is your entry point and has all your data. The same is applicable for selling.

Unless you use exchanges that require less / or no information from you and buy using prepaid credit cards, for example.

To a degree yes, but this is how scammers like to rip off people.

Governments are wanting to enforce crypto to avoid money laundering etc, so there will be footprints of sorts.

If you're big and with their target then there is no way they will find you whatever you using does not matter.

Yes they're all are except monero but yet 'nothing is really "untraceable"

sell on LocalBitcoins and it won't be trackable. As long as wherever you cash it out doesn't have your name on it, everything is fine.

Definitely yes - all depends on how you buy them. Being able to track transactions is core functionality of BTC, without that it would not work. Bitcoin is anonymous but not private.

If you bought BTC in any way that can be traced back to you, it can be reverse engineered. A lot here depends on your hosting provided, are they in juristiction where they need to comply? If the hosting is legit, big and in juristiction of subpoena, they will reveal the btc address your account was paid from - then LEAs will look at deposits, where they came from and do they belong to an exchange. Same deal there, subpoena. And ta-da, they have your bank account and name.

Buy with cash or some other cryptocurrency. If you live in a large city, there might be btc deposit ATMs. Do your due diligence with any ATM so you will not get scammed.

Some are pseudo-anonymous, so the transactions themselves and wallets involved can be publicly tracked.

Others are anonymous, so there's no public access point to the ledger.

There are some very cool privacy projects in the mix right now.. if you do a good bit of research you might find one new iPad app that provides 100% anonymous transactions of all major cryptocurrencies (I use it regularly and it's amazing tbh, better than using Monero).

Unless you’re using a crypto exchange that is a, shall we say, “pretty easy” on KYC protocols, your crypto transactions are still, ultimately, traceable.

Even if you use Monero—which is supposedly one of the harder to track cryptocurrencies available—there are still ways around it.

You have to understand that if somebody truly wants to track you down, they will find a way.

And, the blockchain isn’t actually preventing them from tracking your transactions.

You have to pay close attention to the exchange you use, and as much as possible, use a hardware wallet.

Monero isn't trackable but almost no one uses it except criminals, and if you want to convert it to another cryptocurrency you'll have to give some type of ID
