as much as you need/should
if you want to give a small boost for some easy to rank keywords that used to be on the top 10 and want to push to #1, then you can use it in a single day,
if you want to use it to rank for a low-med difficulty keyword, then you probably need to keep adding links consistently by drip-feeding the index and use just for a week
if you want to keep ranking more and more keywords, then you have to keep adding articles and building links to them
one thing to consider here, if you have any keywords with a decent difficulty, then you should consider building the links in consistent way

For money site? Only once to avoid duplicate domains. With some expired scraped articles or cheap articles from writers. Premium sites Tier 1, all sites on list for tier 2. Run everything through an online indexer.
And don't use their emails they provide. Use major email providers to avoid getting your accounts suspended.

Should you do a separate campaign for each page on your site? I guess it would make sense seeing as they would have different keywords you want to rank for. There is an option to put multiple URL's in a single campaign, but how would it know what keywords belong to which URL?
can you use the non-premium site list to link to internal pages ?
i.e. i.e. ebay.com/toys (and rank them)
so there are more sites to use. there are only 100 odd premium sites to use, so i thought use these for main url, & non premium for internal pages.
& is is it ok to spin on tier 2, because someone else said any page with spun content , the link on that page will not get indexed, i would want to use all non-spun content, but i dont think that would be possible for lower tiers, but if the page does not get indexed because of the spun content then its pointless creating the page in the first place.
i wanted to use gsa for tier below rankerx tier, but i dont think you would be able to get enough non-spun content for gsa, especially when the urls it posts to might not be there for that long.
