How could I create some dozens twitter accounts ?

Hello,
I'm not looking for create hundreds of Twitter accounts (for the moment ^^), only 50 twitter accounts.
I use my own datacenter proxies.
My problem is about the phone number verification when I try to sign up to twitter :/
Twitter don't send me SMS, it call me with bot and give me the verification code by voice.
Could someone help me with that please ?
Do you know a good service for call phone number verification ? Do you know how to have only the SMS verification by Twitter and not the call verification ?

I don’t know if it’s a good idea to buy so many Twitter accounts. For me, it's better to develop one account. I know people that in a year reached 50K+ and at the same time started to make money by selling various services on Twitter.

Twitter probably detects bad proxies and even if you solve this with bad proxies I guess you are f'd further down the road.
Are you going about this the right way?
I follow a rule that if I don't get any good result manually then skip automation.
