All support questions have to be directed to the official support via email. But to answer your question, you can control your results via your keywords and footprints. for example i might search plumbers like this rørlegger inurl:.no. You could also do rørlegger oslo inurl:.no if searching a location .There are a few ways to do it, youll have to play with the keywords and footprints in google itself to see what works for what you are trying to do. Also, the IP address that you are using will help the search results for specific regions.
Regarding your question about google, yes you need to use good proxies to scrape google. That will be the same with any scraping software. You will also want to be sure not to scrape to fast, else you will get blocked on the IP.
One trick I like to do is to actually login to my google account in IE when I am scraping google with the bot because google is less strict on blocking or challenging search queries.
Additionally you can use DBC to solve google recaptcha while scraping google, so if they challenge your search query with a captcha it can attempt to solve.
