Does random anchor text help rank for specific keyword?

Hi guys
I have a question please, what is most important, anchor text or bounce rate and user intent?
Lets say I have bought 2 guest posts for my money page which I want to rank for "best mobile phone":

1- First guest post I used the keyword I want to rank for as an anchor text, something like "It's nice to have the best mobile phone and I....".
2- Second guest post I used generic anchor text, something like "to know the best mobile phone for 2021 click here"

So, as you can see, in most cases, the second scenario will have better CTR so user will click through the link to my website.
So my question is, getting visitors from backlinks (even if it uses generic anchors) is better? or mention my link with my anchor text (even if I wont get any visitors due to low CTR) is better?

What if I have 100 backlinks for my money pages and they all use generic keywords and non uses my anchor text "best mobile phone", but I get visitors from those backlinks, and google see that users spend quality time on my site from these backlinks (I mean Google see that I feed them properly). Will Google let me rank for "best mobile phone" in this case? and I didn't use this term as an anchor on any of my backlinks?

Sorry for bad English :)
Thank you guys :)

I don't think I understand this question. You've mixed 3 different metrics that have nothing to do with each other... not directly anyway.

better for what? SEO? Or people clicking through to your website ??

For SEO, mixing the anchor texts as much as possible is better. But for higher CTR is better that the anchor texts are specific... but then this hurts your SEO, so always go with as mixed anchor texts as much as possible

no, because you are poor. Google hates poor people and you will never have access to the delicious top 10 rankings (I'm not even going to mention top 3, or even top 5), which are reserved to the rich only. Your best option is to try and rank for shitty keywords that nobody is searching for anyway. For those keywords you will rank without a single backlink, but don't expect any traffic.

If you want to rank for "best mobile phone" you will need a shit-ton of money to spend on strong backlinks, but even in that case you need to vary your anchor text a lot. To stick to your example, if you get 100 backlinks and you want to rank for "best mobile phone" you should not use this exact anchor text more than 10 times in those 100 backlinks. Probably not more than 5-6 times, actually...

So first off; do you care more for visitors or ranking?
If I’m getting visitors, I don’t care about my rank.

Google just needs to get to your site.

if Google drives through a nice neighborhood and gets to your site it assumes it is in a nicer part of town.
If Google drives through the hood, and gets to your site, it will assume you run a crack den and not like it.

So uses variations like:
"best phone"
"top mobile phones"
"mobile phones 2021"
"cheap mobiles 2021"
As an anchors, will make me rank for "best mobile phones"? because I'm afraid that Google may rank me for something else like "mobile phones 2021" and this is not my main keyword I'm looking to rank for.

anchor texts allow you to stay safe from penalties, that's why you vary anchor texts in your backlinks, not to rank for certain keywords. To rank for the keywords you want (in your case "best mobile phone") you need to create a page on your website called "best mobile phone" and talk about mobile phones on that page. That's how you rank for "best mobile phone", not because of the anchor text.

Also, I don't think that those anchor texts are a good idea because they are all obvious keywords and you don't want to have only keywords as anchor texts in your backlinking profile. Ideally, you will want a backlinking profile that looks something like this...

https://mywebsite [dot] com (obviously replace " [dot] com" with .com)
our website
best mobile phones (use this keyword only about 3-4% of the time)
Visit us today!
[brand name] (for example, if your domain name is www.johns-mobile-phones.com then your brand name would, obviously be "John's Mobile Phones" and so, you would use this exact phrase many times as anchor text because it's your brand and branded anchor texts are very safe to use... you could use it 30-40% of the time without a problem)
Check out our mobile phones!
John's mobile phones website
www.johns-mobile-phones.com
great mobile phones selection
best cell phones
Best smart phones
Mobile phones for everyone
...
etc.

You get the idea.... basically, mix the shit out of your anchor texts until all of these keywords only make up 1-2% of your total anchor texts. The exception would be the branded terms, which can make up 30% or more of your total anchor texts pool

I believe you can get x10 times (usually much more) more organic visitors from Google rather than this guest post in most cases,
So, simply you have to focus to use these guest posts to rank your websites for your targetted keywords rather than aiming to bring referral traffic from these blogs,
I wouldn't ever use a generic anchor for any of the websites if I paid for a guest post, anything outside brand name and exact or partial match anchor of the targeted keyword(s) seems like a waste,

overall, you have to focus more to use the guest posts to actually rank for your keyword(s) rather than getting referral traffic,
you can use different platforms like web 2.0s for anchor distribution of your anchor text ratio

Thanks a lot bro.
So targeting my keywords as an anchor text is not a ranking factor, and I can get number 1 on Google for my keywords even if most of my anchors are branded or generic, as long my content feed the visitors well and my bounce rate is low, is that what did you mean?

Ya but what if you buy lots of guest posts? Will you use your keywords or partial EVERY time for all of them?

It is a ranking factor, but not as important as backlinks + content
