I've created a video campaign 48 hours ago, but not get any impressions or views on my GA dashboard.
Campaign info:
-Budget: 5$.
-Bid: 0.05$.
-Target: US & UK.
-Potential reach: 20M.

Active account (Not suspended).
Time selected: All time.

Should I wait more time?

You're not the only one as I too have noticed some issues with videos ads. it usually only shows 5-10 impressions per day no matter what you set cpv to or targeting, I just paused it for now till they fix the issue.

Yes right, happened to me one time with a video campaign, about 4 days of waiting for impressions but the fifth day got views & my daily budget (about 10$) was completed.
I'll wait a few days to see if get new analytics.

Yes it's very random, you can have days where all budget depletes within minutes and so on

Now I have about 20 impressions on the video campaign.
Can I create a new "search campaign"?
I'm afraid to launch it then the account get a suspension.

i think you must wait for more 24hours and then create new campaign, Now google are suspending accounts too much

You are welcome. The GAds "weather" is a bit "windy" at the moment, therefore, I suggest do not add another campaign. Infact, make absolutely no changes at all whatsoever.
