why domains with numbers are valuated too low?

because they don't look professional (which is kinda true). But there are domains with numbers that are pretty big, but they're usually domains that use the numbers 2 or 4 as replacement for TO or FOR

In my opinion because they can be misleading in spieling. But there is 1and1 site or 2checkout for example which are quite memorable.
Web site, service provided makes domain name valuable and popular. Not vice versa.

Depends on number and how short the domain is like, word69, word24, etc, and if you can build a brand around it. And in different countries, numbers are different, at least for Chinese people numbers have a different meaning, like wealth etc. Otherwise, its value is $0 - $15, depending on registrar and tld.

Because most of the number domain names were bought by Chinese investors but they are now interested in crypto. Hopefully, they will be back to domaining to boom this industry.
