Sorry I value leaving an honest review for other people so they don’t get sucked in over getting a refund for removing the review. After I received the first 2 articles I emailed and asked if you hadn’t started the others to just cancel them as the quality wasn’t good.
You responded with saying not to use those and you would redo them... and I received those same articles again that were still bad and all the others with all the same issues.
It’s easy to say you offer revisions but when the entire articles are just repeating things or have many many sentences that simply don’t make sense it’s easier to just take the loss and move on and warn other people of the quality for the future (which I did).
In regards to replying to your emails they were asking that I remove the negative review within 5 minutes as you can’t after that time frame. I received 3 emails and a PM in that 5 minutes span asking that I remove the negative review.
I stand by my original review and knowing what I know now about this seller asking people to remove negative reviews for refunds I would NEVER use them again.
