SEO Question - Keywords in domain name - URL structure

If i have a domain name like https:// affiliateprograms.com, Then what should be my url for each pages if it contain keywords same as domain? what's the best practice?

EX

https:// affiliateprograms.com/best-affiliate-program-for-games
https:// affiliateprograms.com/best-affiliate-program-for-shoes

or

https:// affiliateprograms.com/games
https:// affiliateprograms.com/shoes

or

https:// affiliateprograms.com/best-for-games
https:// affiliateprograms.com/best-for-shoes

or else?

#2 is the cleanest. I don't know if it's the best, but I always use short, clean URL slugs on my websites whenever possible

I would take the first one, having a long tail in your url is not a bad thing, having just /shoes/ would be weird in my opinion.

2nd option is good in terms of clean URL. You can make this as category pages and then the post in it.

This is exactly how I would do it 2nd option used as category pages, then add the name of the specific topic or product after the category name like : site.com/games/fortnight That scenerio I think works well if you have a good handful of categories that you're building out.
