Captcha service for MailRU?

Any idea on what captcha service to use to solve this?

You can try anti-captcha as well. But you need to send them raw image of captcha.

I sent a developer my anti-captcha code and he couldn't crack it; not sure if it's his fault or anti-captcha's. Should I just go for 2Captcha?

True, however, I believe that at certain volumes you should be able to make a deal with them to include your captchas, too. IDK if that's truly possible, but still worth a shot since they are a RU based company and working with captchas from sites similar to the one mentioned.
