My google Play console accounts always got banned!

Hi, guys, I have created 50 more google developer account, most of them got banned by the google! Anyone can help me out for this problem?

Let me start it from the beginning.

One year ago, one of my google player console accounts got banned, as my app broke the google ads policty. After that, the bad dream is coming...Whatever, I submitted a new app in the brand new account, it will be terminated some days later with the same reason like attached image.

Then I search lots of threads from different forums and want to avoid this problem like below, but it couldn't fix the problem completly.

1. I used Virtual PC with Virtual credit card, VPN and different IP address; or brand new PC with different ip; or different countries with different PC and differnt real credit card to register account. All is good, even I put the account there for seveal month.
2. I never used old device to log with new account, no Payee information, as I want to stop any connection with the old acc. Then I think my Account isolation is fine!
3. After I submit the App, which I have made a lot of modifications, such as new game icon, descriptions, and shuffle the code, tried using a new admob accounts, then my console acc still got banned.
4. I feel very shock is that some of my apps is approved, but some days or several month later, my account still got banned by google team with the same reason.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM with it? Can anyone clarify my doubt? Thank you very mush, and sorry for my bad english.

Make sure you are also compiling your app on a new machine/vps/new virtual machine.

Android Studio is a real pain with fingerprinting.

Maybe it has to do with your app, are there complains? if so, it will be the reason.

Also if your app is offering services that violate third parties rules, they'll report you and cause account ban as well.

some apps got complaints and may got report!
I am afraid that is the reason why some of apps were alive for several month, and then got banned again.
But I womder why some accounts got teminated directly after I submit my apps?
I think I have seprated the acc and APK game enough... i got trouble with it for almost one year....

Maybe, some ppl say admob, other code.
I think you should start with fresh code, images, vm, admob, ... ect

I am afraid that is the reason why some of apps were alive for several month, and then got banned again.

I think I have seprated the acc and APK game enough... i got trouble with it for almost one year....

If the accounts are terminated immediately, it definitely has to do with the source code.
They can also track your IP address to track your future submissions and ban them as well.

Google is very strict now, they are not allowing anything that looks fishy. Before doing anything, check with some articles about console.
