crawling

crawling doesn't necessarily mean indexing,
it could be your page has been crawled and being added to the indexing queue or google refuses to index it at all
give it some time ;)

Indexing and crawling are two specific terms that are intertwined. There is no assurance that Google will crawl every URL of your website if it is new or if you have recently added a lot of pages to your site. It takes time to crawl through and index for the benefit of the users.

Ofcourse, it does.
When you add no-index tags , it allows the search engines to crawl that page, although it cant add that site into indexed pages.
No index is a HTML code , allowing the bot not to show up in search results.
But It can crawled by bots and made known not to index.

Its just skimming the page and not to memorise it.
