Thanks for the welcome bud. And you are absolutely correct, but i went a little deeper(if this word makes any sense). So let me give you an example, ask yourself this question what are you doing right now. Like literally right now, the moment this questions hits you and you think what i am doing right now but that moment has also passed. And when you think or ask yourself this question again and again you realise at this very moment, what is happening is actually NOTHING, and if you think anything is happening right now but that has already happened.

So every second is a new you because the person who started reading my answer is already in the past and right now who is reading this exact words is the new you and not the old you..but this moment is also gone.......

hahah I am pretty sure my explanation was pathetic, but if you could understand anything well kudos to you, but if you have any more questions do feel free to have a chat
