4G + MEmu = still safe?

Is it safe to use 4G + MEmu for creating and managing Facebook accounts these days? I'm talking about 70-100 FB accounts, at least for now.
Of course, it would be a separate instance for each FB account with unique IMEI, device ID, phone number, phone model and other things which can be changed in MEmu instance settings. Before opening instance I would change IP.
What else did I miss?

What's the best way to go: Facebook app, Facebook Lite app or Kiwi Browser (with anti fingerprinting, random user agent extensions) on MEmu?

Any other suggestion?

Interesting. Why it's cannot be safe if you using 4g (proxy?) and mobile device with identifiers changing?

If you are not using proxy, but just 4g, maybe make sense to use something like residental proxies?

About ways to use, I think it's always reliable to use official applications, in your case it's facebook app

Not sure about the right terms, but when I said 4G I meant - real phones + sim (multi operators) -> airplane mode on/off -> share wifi to PC.

I am quite paranoid about proxies in general and I already have like 4 android phones.

Probably it's too small having 4 phones, even if you want to have something like own proxies.
Maybe make sense to do it at least 10, but proxies are cheaper than buying new mobile device lol

Had a similar setup going few days ago, not using memu but just firefox with real mobile device and got banned pretty hard (1/6 accounts survived). Setting up the accounts was all extremely effortless but just 1 day later they were all facing verification requirements.

Trying to figure out how to get facebook is always tricky, if you want to team up we could probably figure it out quicker Discord?

Thank you for an offer but I'm a lone wolf whatever I do. Sorry.
Did you verify FB accounts with phone number or email? Filled all information (hometown, school, hobbies, etc)? Added a couple of clear photos of a person?

The answer can not be straight. But 4g + MEmu is not safe for sure for that number of accounts ( for FB ).

Even if one only instance of MEmu would be opened at a time?
I'm talking about something like that:
1) Refresh IP.
2) Open #1 MEmu instance.
3) Open Facebook app and do something.
4) Close Facebook app.
5) Close #1 MEmu instance.
6) Wait a minute or two.
7) Refresh IP.
8) Open #2 MEmu instance.
and so on.

FB accounts won't be used for groups/private messages spamming, mass friends request sending, ads, external links posting or something similar.
Totally forgot to mention that all of FB accounts will be verified with phone number and later added email (very similar to person's first/last name, mostly gmail) as well.
Still not safe?
