Scraping Emails with Skyscraper.Social

I have just signed up to Skyscraper.Social to test it out. It's super fast but my IP got blocked. It says to use rotating mobile proxies with it I looked at their recommendations but they seem pretty pricy.
Does anyone know of any cheap rotating mobile proxy services?

Yes it can get emails/phone in the case they have it attached to their profile in the app. Email and Phone aren't private if it's profile connected to a Facebook page.
