I do not think so. I see the ads like before. I am surprised no one else is facing this ?

Nope, it's working perfectly for me.

It is like when I click some thread or say homepage link, this url with error comes. It is random. May be my internet is not that good but it never happened before.

If you could raise a support ticket and provide a screenshot or screen recording of what you're experiencing or simply drop it here that would be greatly appreciated as we can't replicate the issue you describe.
