I just got this domain. I checked archive history, 301 redirects & google suspended (Everything Looks good) and this domain is high DA/PA 0 spam score. Niches Hotel/Casino/Bar etc TDL com(dot)au domain. Have ******** linked from BBC,
TripAdvisor. I'm thinking of reselling this domain. Need suggestions of domain Gurus. Available for registration. Give me some suggestions plz.....

Just buy the domain and list it on Godaddy/Dan etc. First-time I'm buying com(dot) au so worry about that.

com.au are not easy to register also the rightful owner can take the domain any time they want (you need to own business with similar name to the domain you are buying). All in all sorry dude, this one regardless of the links is not of much use to anyone.

The problem with com au is you need abn to register. If the abn is yours i think its okay. If not then the person that buy the domain might have problem in the future. Like someone will claim for unauthorized use of abn.

If you are new to domaining, I would suggest you stick with .com names unless you are confident about other TLDs.
