That is what I thought because the software is gonna give you emails and we are going to send them emails without their consent. Maybe it's not spamming because they put it on their pages so anyone may write them.

For some countries its spamming. Like for Australia you have to call them and ask like if I can email you like wtf. There are crazy laws like this in other countries if not crazier.
