Get accepted into CPABuild? (Total beginner)

I´ve read alot of the threads on this forum and I´m beginning to take interest in CPA.
How does a total newbie like me, who does not even have a website yet, get accepted into their network (CPABuild)?

What do I put under "Promotional methods/traffic sources"?

Where are you from btw? ...and, areyou guys talking about CPAbuild website? If yes, do they are trustful?

I`m asking because, I want to monetize my upcoming Android project and I don`t want to get fooled by some kind of CPA scam platform and as well as my app users, they will get % revenue share.

Cpabuilt is shilled a lot on bhw lately, make sure to sign up to 2-3 different networks so you can compare them on your own.

Its not hard to be accepted in any cpa network. The hard part is the traffic generation. If you have traffic every network wants you to join. So first learn how to grow your pages or channels or websites. Good luck
