I wanna register UK LLP as a non resident but i dont have a business partner. can you advise me how to proceed? Thanks

Brother, sister, or father... you can give him 1% share or something

Anyway, you can register an llc and make it your partner but any respected bank, e-money o
instituion or payment processor will reject you..

And a company with no bank account is a useless company. So, make sure to know if it will be usable for you before wasting your time registering it

If you are not EU nor USA resident .. good luck with that.

Payoneer asks for business address verification
Transferwise activated your business account by paying from another business account -_-
Tide is for EU residents I believe

Using LLP all yiu are doing is moving taxes from the company to yourself. So, if you are not living in a tax free country, you will still pay taxes

My country is Mauritius and i think we pay 15% on profits. I will need to ask authority how this works then i will know if i should keep uk ltd and pay 19% to uk or register LLP and pay in my country.

If that is the case why do you need another partner? Your Ltd company can be one of the partners. You can open a LLP with you and your LTD company as partners.

Ah okay i did not think about this. But then i will have both so i will need to pay 19% to Uk then pay tax also in my country?

I will also have a talk with a lawyer or accountant in my country right to have more info?

Mauritius and UK have a double tax treaty. So you'll not be paying tax in both the countries. I don't know how Mauritius define their tax residents though. In most cases if you're in the country for more than 180 days, you'll be a tax resident.
It's better to hire an accountant who is well versed with international taxation.

May want to confirm if income is tax on an EARNED (salary / company share / goods sold) or REMITTED basis, so if you don't physically bring the cashback to Mauritius and put it in a Mauritius Bank account e.g. "However, income derived from outside Mauritius is taxable only to the extent that it is received in Mauritius". So, park it, speak to a local tax dude. BUT always talk to tax dude if it's more than $10k their fees $100-$300 (small business), are covered by a 10% saving on tax.
