Purchased a Facebook Marketplace account with shipping enabled, account didn't have shipping enabled and now they won't replace it. Because its 4-5 months old but I didn't let them know so I purchased another account and in less then 24 hours marketplace doesn't work. 2 accounts gone and they won't help whatsoever. At the time you weren't' providing shipping enabled but yet you were selling? So why on earth would you say yes after I specifically asked if it had shipping. Why are you offering false services in the first place? You could've said those exact words you're telling me now before I bought the first account but you didn't. Yet here you are saying "at that time we weren't providing", liar.

No one wants your $25 discount. And you keep lying, you never offered me a refund. Stop playing the victim, " he threated us to post over BHW and on SL". Keep my money, you're in need of it more than I am. Take it as a donation. Have a good day and keep on scamming. The fact that didn't even bother to scratch out my billing address from the photo is damn well unprofessional for someone who's been here for 10+ years. Take it off now you idiot. Hope everyone can see the type of person this seller is.

Plus if there is anything which wasnt according to his need, he much complain, not to come after 5 months and asking for a repalcement. We provided him extensive support for more than 15 days on his first purchase as and when required and if there was any issues he must complain right after the buying not after 4-5 months

Order #2533 : For this order number, he have purchased the account and contacted us that the account was banned without any use. I checked the account and found that the account was banned after posting something which was definately against terms and conditions of FB. And when I asked him, that you used the acocunt, he said he did a test post, while his first words was account got banned without of any use. Attached proof of his use.

Even though I offered him a $25 disocunt on his next order or refund and he started threating us to post over BHW and on SL. We are not here for life time guarantees. We clearly indicates on our FAQ that the guarantee is for 48 hours and for accounts which are not used. Once use there is no guarantee we can provide.

Thanks anyway for your kind feedback. But we are not here for any scam. We are providing services here for more than 10+ years. And we will definately issue a refund or repalcement if there is something wrong with our services.
