Youtube Starts Robbing Creators [NEW Policy]

So basically Youtube strikes again and this time in their new policy they are now stating that they reserve the right to monetize videos from every channel on Youtube. Even if your channel has been demonitized, youtube can still run ads on this channel and take 100% of the revenue earned if they want to.

So you are putting in all the work and Youtube has the right to demonetize your whole channel (or in other words, your whole work) and can still take all the money after that by running ads on your videos without you gaining any benefit by it. That is literally robbing people for their work to get a monetary gain out of it.

Imagine if someone began mass spamming demonetised videos with fake views and YouTube tries to run ads on them lol..might put their relationship with advertisers into a tailspin.

Like the last time I've commented on something similar to this, I still don't see the problem.
It's not "robbing" them as the guys weren't making any money on the videos anyway.
The thing is pretty much "We are allowed to put ads where we want on our website" so how is that bad exactly?
Sounds a lot like people are complaining about yt making money out of stuff that was basically costing them money for nothing (hosting videos & the bandwidth)

I think that way, the original label and copyright owners will get the $$$, just like usually on YouTube.

There are old music labels/movie songs where the music company or even the rightful owner of the copyright no longer exists but those songs are still being listened to by millions of people. The bad part is now we have to watch ads while enjoying them too.

This will be an issue always if being dependent on a 3rd party service or platform. The same has been the case with Amazon affiliate the commission dropped & it pulls the earnings down. Most people just sold their Amazon websites others shifted to dropshipping. But with YouTube options are limited. We don't have an option that can stand to YouTube.

they are like: you said fuck you SUSAN, DEMONETIZED, more money for me hahaha(evil laugh) and I think they are going to demonetize even for the most stupid things(they already do) but the thing is youtube has figured out the game, they know they have millions of creators with millions of subs and with no competition to youtube which is a deadly mix, it's like you are in a dead-end job and you have nowhere else to go, youtube will crumble from they own success and I can wait to see that and the rise of competitors
Everyone is robbing us these days, if something was a one-time payment in the past now is a fucking subscription, did you know that they are trying to make heating your car a subscription, you can buy a tesla but guess what? unless you pay 5k you cant unlock your car full potential (getting a faster car and some other tesla bullshit)
At this rate, they gonna make breathing a subscription these mf

So are "non-monetized" videos the same as monetized as far as the advertiser is concerned? The only difference being that the channel owner doesn't get a cut?

At this it does not even seem to be worthwhile chasing the money that you are getting when you are in the Partner Program. After the adpocalypse that has happened in 2017 the earnings really became a joke, even for T1 Countries. I guess to take advantage of Youtube, the same they took advantage of us the last years and exploit it fully.
