Connecting Android/emulator to 4g proxy for IG

Does anyone know how to connect an android emulator to a 4g proxy so that IG runs on that proxy ip?
I am able to connect the 4g proxy so that emulator runs on the proxy ip, but apparently ip remains my home address for the apps.
I don't know why this is so difficult because i literally spent a day trying to figure this out... ok maybe i am technically challenged.

Have you looked into programs like proxifier? This tool is great and has lasted the test of time.

Thanks!! I haven't heard of it. It doesnt look like a free program.
But if it works i might go for it, it's just that i am already paying for monthly 4g proxy fees i was hoping there would be a free way to go around it :/

yeh Proxifier work good , you can set rules of what programs will run with proxy ,
for 4G you can use your phone data check if hotspot can be cheaper .
