I think when you see real estate tumbling then you know youre in trouble for sure. Thats when people start talking about us being in a RECESSION. You already see a lot of people priced out of the housing market, when the bubble pops, so much money is lost and people panic. I read recently 10 million people in the US are behind on their mortgage or rent, scary yeah, but to say this wasnt foreseeable is a joke... Covid created a reason to protect these people in the form of forbearance, itll end eventually with people on the street.

Crypto/stocks and all else is invested in when people have excess I think. No business lasts forever.

A recession may be scary but if you have cash or access to it, theres a lot of buying opportunities. Bring it on!

I don't think that the bull market in terms of over or undervalued. In a sense, it keep rebalancing,
Try to manage your portfolio, for better view of the big picture and efficient use of resource.

Wait until it reaches its lowest point and then start investing. I guess in 2 months BTC will be under 30k again or even lower. Then its the right time to invest. Then all you need to do is HODL until the next bull run

No need to be passive-aggressive about it. "Around December" is still about a 3-month spread. When crypto can swing well over 20% in a day, that's not really helpful.
