Do you mean online card payments ? If yes. than majority of USA based payment processors must do it . But you must ask processor before does they not have India on the prohibited countries list.

Normally any US psp will accept payment from Indian customer with no ploblem. But as i know indian psp are possible for Ind. citizens only
