I want to buy a 4g proxy but how to know that i got real 4g proxy and not residential or datacenter proxy

Check the ISP of the proxy. Depending on the country you can usually tell just by looking at the provider. If it's a company who offers both residential and mobile (Verizon, AT&T, etc) then it's a little trickier, but for the most part you can usually tell just by looking at the ISP.

An IP whois should reveal it right? If you see the owner is a mobile network it is a mobile proxy, and if you see the name of a datacentre is not.

Check IP detail of the ISP provider that will be fine,
You can easily find a website to test
  1. MaxmindminFraud
  2. IPQualityScore
  3. IPinfo.io
  4. IP2Proxy
  5. Scamalytics

if the proxy seller is going to con you for a few $ to sell you
the wrong proxy he would soon be outa work as people would notice
very quickly if hes not selling the proxys you paid for

You can try checking the status using a website like Whatismyip. Usually, true 4G mobile proxies connect to real cell phone towers of network providers, so that ought to show up in the details.
