account got banned after 2 days spending

I'm a bit successful in creating adwords but after it reaches a certain amount, it gets suspended. I don't know what to do about it
maybe because I let the account idle without many activities may trigger Google ban.
Im using video campaign with new channel, co comments likes, or view everything is fresh.

from the side of the campaign, I'm doubting about the video being fresh or low quality.
IP quality, I'm using residential IP with pay per day model. so mainly I get a new IP every day.

All the big advertisers know take reference from the bank account number you're using to advertise with.

They ask for references about your credit from that account if it good your get unlimited advertising if kept in their tos.

They like heigh street accounts and healthy banking with good references.

Other ways just die you need to build good references and credit with all advertisers these days.

You get some services that work with big advertisers and with virtual accounts because the account is linked to a good banking reference but they slowly die as people start doing stupid stuff and get many bans.

There no way to stop bans only with legit business setup and proper working accounts and giving yourself virtual accounts from that business...
