Why is BTC not recovering now ?

Mr Whale should be called Mr Cuck.

Musk holds 1/500th.. that's 0.2%. If someone told you that 0.2% of any crypto was going to get dumped you'd laugh your ass of at them if you were holding. Musk is maybe dumping 0.2%, people think it's the beginning of the Biblical apocalpyse.

Fuck Musk and Fuck Mr Whale too. More legit crypto folk that have actually been at the centre of the space for a decade need to come out slating these idiots.

Musk knows less about crypto than he does about how to interact in interviews like a normal human being. Needs to take his autism somewhere else.
I love when you decide to push hard the diplomacy button :D

but he does have a strangely large head and an autism level of "touched", right?
Right.
My post was intended to be fun/supporting.

My English might not be that good to make it clear, sorry.

Yeah I agree.

Reckon it will hit 20k? I didn't think it would happen after it went from 40k to 60k, but now I'm getting ready to jump back in. How low do you think this could go in your opinion?

Musk is a businessman. Filthy Rich one. He gave up everything in his life for money.

His twitter followers have to be the easiest money he made in his life career. Actually, I believe that anyone in the history made.

He basically keeps dumping to buy then pumping to sell. He is making billions upon his tweets. Look how much he made from doge ( The founders said they had a deal with him since 2019 ) .. and now he is playing with bitcoin to lead the charts and gain huge profit. It's fun and he enjoys his dump followers along the way who bought his green human saver BS***

Anyway, I don't feel bad for his followers whom he squeezed all of their money. They deserved it for being dump

Bitcoin plays in cycles, I would suspect a bear market is coming quite soon! You know the market is over populated when you got newbies saying 20% gains in a day is crap for an investment

I guess we'll know in a few days or weeks what the real reason is. For me, the main question is why they have decided not to accept it anymore. I know it is because of the environment, but why did they decide to accept it in the first place then?

I do struggle to see the whole point anyway, both of the pump and the dump too.

How many people can afford a Tesla?
How many of these would ever do the stupid move to buy one using BTC?

A car loses, what 20%? 30%?, of its value as you leave the dealer building and probably a good 50% of its value after a year.
Maybe for Tesla, which is a status symbol, this is even worse as who would buy a second hand Tesla without being pointed as a "wannabe rich" defeating the status symbol purpose?

Would you ever buy something that loses 50% of its value after a year with a currency that may be worth 5x 7x in a year?

I hope Elon Dump will sell all of his Bitcoin so we can continue to a better crypt market. He helped advertising crypto before but now he is damaging whole crypto ecosystem more than he helped.

Great point! I guess you are saying that there were not many people who were interested in buying a Tesla using BTC... It's definitely better to purchase a car with cash. I agree.

Correct, this is what I meant.

The use case doesn't exist in my opinion, all hype.

I don’t get it.

It’s not his tweet.
He just said “indeed”.

Indeed what?
That he is receiving hate, that Tesla dumped, that Bitcoiners will slap their faces?
Yes, indeed. That's the problem, it is not clear. That's where panic begins.

BTC is not recovering because the big money wants to buy it at as low a price as possible. And the average person has no idea what bitcoin is, so they're afraid.

Elon Musk is awesome, btw. He never asked to have this much influence on Twitter. It was millions and millions of speculating fools that put him in this situation.

He never liked bitcoin or saw a point in it. That's how the Doge Coin joke started to get serious: fools started taking his jokes seriously.

Tesla adding bitcoin to their balance sheet was always a big thing because of this. If Elon Musk never saw a point in bitcoin, and Tesla STILL decided to buy it, there was for sure SERIOUS deliberation among the company's leaders. One thing is Saylor going kamikaze on bitcoin, another is Tesla gathering a bunch of people on a table and deciding to buy bitcoin, especially when the very creator of the company never even liked it.

Nothing fundamentally changed as far as bitcoin goes. In the long run, China has to reduce their emissions and unclean energy production, anyway, and they plan indeed to do it.

So in the long run, nothing will stop bitcoin. The advantages it brings are just too many. Too much outright bloat and waste is obliterated because of bitcoin. The average person is just not aware of how absolutely radical the general adoption of bitcoin would be, hence the doubt and the fear.

In conclusion: Leave Elon alone, peepz. The man is crème de la crème. He is a genius and he's extremely hardworking. He is most likely under tremendous pressure due to the global chip shortage. The last thing he needs now is to handle crowds of fools who throw money at stuff they know nothing about.

disclaimer: this is not financial advice. lmao
